Hochtief Projektentwicklung voted “Best Developer in Germany”

For the fifth time running, the international magazine Euromoney surveyed project developers, consultants, investors, end users and representatives of financial institutions in the real estate industry. During a first round, the survey participants were asked to identify the real estate sectors and market players with which they were most familiar. Next, the participants were asked to vote for first, second and third place in the various categories. In all, 950 valid votes were submitted16 percent more than last year. The positive feedback from all over the world shows that we are obviously recognized by all international market players, despite the fact that to date we have only been active in Germany and the states of Central and Eastern Europe, is the satisfied comment from Rainer Eichholz, Chairman of the Management Board of Hochtief Projektentwicklung, speaking about the accolade.

RB Kazee finds pep at right time

San Diego State freshman running back Walter Kazee has such a little body frame that his coaches want him to do some extra eating after the season to gain at least 10 to 15 pounds.

Right now, he's 5-feet-9, 175 pounds. He could use some "lead in his pants," said offensive coordinator Al Borges. At times the football seemed too big for him to handle and his defenders too big for him to run past. He had two fumbles in his last start and never broke free for a run longer than 9 yards before last night in the fourth quarter, when a pulse was rediscovered in the Aztecs' beleaguered running game. Kazee supplied the blood it needed, carrying 22 times for 101 yards and one touchdown in a 34-17 win against New Mexico State.

"He's a little guy, but he's very explosive," Borges said.

Centra and Garry's Gym launch Clogher charity 10K

Owner John McDade, his staff and the team at Garry's Gym in the town have joined forces to plan the 10K running event and walk for Clogher, which will take place on Saturday, September 12th.

The registration fee paid by participants will benefit Action Cancer's Health Action health programme for young people, which is sponsored by Centra and its 86 independent retail partners across Northern Ireland. Health Action has been designed to educate young people on healthier lifestyles, including exercise, healthy eating and the dangers of smoking and alcohol. The fee will also benefit Marie Curie Cancer Care in recognition of the great work that they do with cancer patients as Garry from the gym, who lost his mother to the illness, can testify.

John McDade called for runners and walkers to join the event.

St. George event has national following

Now Crews raises money to help fight the disease. There's an aspect to marathon running that is often overlooked - fundraising for charitable purposes.

Hopson raised $800 for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Utah. The option of running for a charitable cause was presented when she was unable to secure a spot in the St. George via the lottery. The number of participants is capped. Hopson said she has been involved with the organization in Wilsonville, which made this a very attractive opportunity to raise money for a good cause.
